Apartment description

The apartment is located between the 8th and 9th arrondissements, close to the Saint-Lazare train station. It is on the 6th and top floor of a Haussmann-style building with an elevator. Please note that the elevator goes only up to the 5th floor; you will need to take the stairs to reach the apartment on the 6th floor.

The apartment includes a kitchen, living room, bedroom, bathroom, and dressing room.

The kitchen is fully equipped with a microwave, dishwasher, coffee machine, toaster, and all necessary utensils.

The living room features a sofa, two armchairs, a coffee table, a desk, and a TV. Two large windows, each opening onto a balcony, make the space exceptionally bright.
Please note that as of March 31, 2026, the apartment now features only one new sofa. The two couches and armchairs shown in the photos will therefore no longer be present during your stay. New photos of the living room will be posted online soon.

The bedroom is furnished with a queen-size bed (160×200 cm) and has two bedside tables with lamps.
The bathroom includes a bathtub, washbasin, heated towel rack, mirror, storage space.
Toilet is separate.

High-speed, unlimited fiber-optic internet (+600 Mb/s) is provided.

The laundry room is located on the landing outside the apartment and is shared with another apartment we own on the same floor. It is locked and accessible only to our guests.

Please note that smoking is prohibited and pets are not permitted.
It is not suitable for people with reduced mobility.
