Apartment located between the 8th and 9th arrondissements (near the Saint-Lazare train station), on the 6th and last floor with elevator of a Haussmann building.
Please note that the elevator goes up to the 5th floor only, so you’ll have to take the stairs to get to the front door of the 6th-floor apartment.
It comprises a kitchen, living room, bedroom, bathroom and dressing room.
The kitchen is fully equipped: microwave, dishwasher, coffee machine, toaster, utensils.
The living room has two sofas (one of which is a sofa bed), two armchairs, a coffee table, a desk and a TV.
The two large windows and their respective balconies make this room very bright.
The bedroom has a queen-size bed 160x200cm, and two bedside tables and lamps.
The bathroom has a bathtub, washbasin, heated towel rail, mirror, storage space and WC.
The apartment has unlimited fiber-optic internet access.
The laundry room is located in a room on the landing outside the apartment, shared with another apartment we own on the same floor.
Only our guests have access to this room, which is locked.
