1 bedroom apartment in Paris

We loved this apartment located on rue de Lourmel in the 15th arrondissement. We stayed there twice as a family in January 2025. It's new, quiet, and has a landscaped garden not overlooked. It's ideally located: 2 minutes from the Dupleix metro station and 5 minutes from the La Motte Picquet Grenelle metro station, 15 minutes from the Eiffel Tower on foot. Close to all amenities: several bakeries, delicatessens, cheese shops, rotisseries, etc. In the direction of the La Motte Picquet Grenelle metro station, you'll have a choice of several supermarkets (Monoprix, Carrefour City, Franprix). The apartment is fully equipped with quality materials. We particularly appreciated: the very comfortable King Size bed which enabled us to recover well from our long days, the sofa bed, easy to convert and with a comfortable mattress, the dishwasher and washing machine which we used several times, the large bathroom with high-tech equipment. We didn't get to enjoy the private garden because of the cold winter, but we have no doubt that it will be pleasant at other times of the year! Everything went very well with the Glamaparis agency. They listened to us and were responsive to our requests. The description of the apartment at the time of booking was completely accurate. In conclusion, we felt just as comfortable, if not better than at the hotel. We highly recommend this apartment for any personal or professional stay in Paris!

This apartment is on the small side, but was comfortable for the two of us. Check in was easy and the apartment was sparkling clean. The television and wi-fi worked well. The kitchen appliances are fairly new as of 2024 and worked very well. We used the washer/dryer several times. All plumbing is modern. The king size bed was comfortable. There are two air conditioning units, one in the bedroom and one in the living room. We had some trouble getting the living room unit set up, and when we contacted the agent, they came out the same day and corrected the issue. We appreciated the prompt response, and the apartment remained a comfortable temperature during hot summer days. The building is very close to the Dupleix metro station. There are three boulangeries nearby, along with two fruit/vegetable sellers, a grocery store, and an ice cream vendor that had our favorite flavor. It was very quiet inside the apartment. I would stay here again.

Super. Beautiful apartment with a magnificent terrace. The bedroom is very cosy with high-quality bedding and a king-size bed. Large, functional, high-tech bathroom. Modern, well-equipped kitchen. Exceptional location next to the metro. I've found my new home for my next business trips.
