2 – Intellectual property

The general structure, as well as the software, texts, photos, images animated or not, sounds, know-how, drawings, graphics and all other elements composing the site are the exclusive property of GLAMAPARIS. The users of the present site are held to respect the provisions of the law relating to Data processing, the files and freedoms, the violation of which is liable to penal sanctions. Any total or partial representation of this site by any process whatsoever, without the express permission of the publisher is prohibited and would constitute an infringement punishable by articles L.335-2 and following of the Code of Intellectual Property.
