Apartment description

The apartment is located between the 8th and 9th arrondissements, near the Saint-Lazare train station. It is on the 6th and top floor of a Haussmann-style building with an elevator. Please note: the elevator stops on the 5th floor, so you will need to walk up one flight of stairs to reach the apartment door.
Composed of a kitchen, a living room, two bedrooms with their bathrooms and two toilets.

The kitchen is fully equipped: kitchen utensils, microwave, dishwasher, coffee machine, toaster. It also includes a table area for eating.
The living room has a sofa, two armchairs, a coffee table, a television (with international channels) and a telephone. The three windows (with 3 small balconies) make this room very bright and offer stunning panoramic views of elegant buildings and the Sacre Coeur (Montmartre neighborhood) in the distance.
For your information, the sofa and the two armchairs in the living room were replaced with new ones on March 31, 2026. New photos will be available soon.

The first bedroom has a queen-size bed, two bedside tables with lamps. The bathroom has a bathtub, a sink, a towel dryer, a mirror and storage space and a toilet.
The second bedroom has two single beds (with the possibility of combining them into a king size bed), two bedside tables with lamps and a desk. The bathroom has a shower and toilet.

It is entirely air-conditioned and wifi optical fiber is available in the apartment (400+ Mb/s).

The laundry room is located in a room on the landing outside the apartment, it is shared with another apartment we own on the same floor.
Only our guests have access to this room which is locked.

This apartment is non-smoking and pets are not allowed.
Not suitable for persons with reduced mobility.
