Apartment description

The apartment is located between the 8th and 9th arrondissements, close to the Saint-Lazare train station. It is on the 6th and top floor of a Haussmann-style building with an elevator. Please note that the elevator goes only up to the 5th floor; you will need to take the stairs to reach the apartment on the 6th floor.

The apartment includes a kitchen, living room, bedroom, a bathroom and a private toilet.

The kitchen is fully equipped with a microwave, dishwasher, coffee machine, toaster, and all necessary utensils.

The living room features two sofas, a coffee table, a TV, a dining table, and four chairs.
The two large windows and their respective balconies make this room very bright.

The bedroom has a queen-size bed (160×200 cm) and two nightstands with lamps.
There is small office area in the room at your convenience.

The bathroom has a bathtub that can be also used as a shower, a sink, a mirror and a towel heater.

The separate toilet has a sink also.

High-speed, unlimited fiber-optic internet (+600 Mb/s) is provided.

The laundry room, equiped with a washing machine and a dryer, is located on the landing outside the apartment and is shared with another apartment we own on the same floor. It is locked and accessible only to our guests.

Please note that smoking is prohibited and pets are not permitted.
It is not suitable for people with reduced mobility.
