Spacious and well located
This apartment is spacious and well located. It is in a peaceful area and very close to two Metro Lines (4 & 12) and we found getting around easy. Nicolas met us at the apartment to show us around. The furniture was comfy and there is a lift to the third story where this apartment is located. A lot of people mention the creaky floors and they do creak but that didn’t worry us. And you can hear people in the surrounding apartments. This wasn’t a big issue for us but if you are sensitive to noise then be aware you will hear people walking upstairs and if they drop something or babies crying. There are extra blankets for curling up on the couch when the weather is cooler though the apartment was well insulated and we found it a pleasant temperature in late September whilst it was cold and wet outside. The washer is just a washer (not a washer/dryer) but the clothes dried whilst we were out on drying racks easily in this apartment. We really enjoyed our stay in this apartment.

Best possible location
We thought the location of the apartment was the best possible! It is a lovely neighborhood with cafes and restaurants nearby, as well as the Bon Marché department store. A short walk to many attractions, including the Luxembourg Gardens, Saint-Sulpice Church and Paris Montparnasse Observatory. You can also walk to the Eiffel Tower, Louvre or Panthéon. Mylène and her team always responded quickly to messages and gave many good tips even before the trip. Check-in went exactly as we had agreed. Many reviews mentioned the creaking floor, and yes it creaked, but it did not disturb our stay in any way, the apartment felt very homely and comfortable. The bedrooms face the courtyard, so we found them quiet and peaceful, and the beds were good and clean. We can warmly recommend this!

Great location, dated apartment
Great location within walking distance to most points of interest. Neighborhood is also great with all high end shops and variety of restaurants. The apartment is a bit dated and quirky but serves as a good base. Light sleepers beware…floors really creak!
