Apartment on the 3rd floor (with elevator) located in the 1st arrondissement, near the Louvre Museum and the Palais-Royal and a few steps from the Seine.

Composed of: an entrance, an open kitchen, a living/dining room, two bedrooms, a shower room and a separate toilet.

The living/dining room has a large sofa, several armchairs, a coffee table, a dining table, a television (with cable) and a telephone. The apartment has an unlimited high speed internet connection with wifi.

The parquet floor was renovated in 2023 to make it quieter, following comments from tenants and neighbors.

The kitchen is fully equipped: utensils, microwave, oven, coffee machine, toaster. It also includes an island that can be used as a dining table.

The master bedroom, which is not overlooked, has a queen-size bed and a wardrobe.

The second bedroom has a king-size bed or two single beds, a large wardrobe, a bedside table and a view of the courtyard.

Both bedrooms are equipped with portable air conditioners, which can be used by leaving the window open to let out the hot air.

The apartment is in the center of Paris and close to metro lines 1, 4, 7, 11 and 14 as well as RER lines A, B, D (Châtelet-Les Halles).

Two guides are available, one to help with the use of the apartment’s equipment and a second with information on the neighborhood (supermarkets, bakeries…).

Amazing location
Amazing location, great building, can't be beat. Beautiful street near museums, the Seine, Louvre, grocery shops, restaurants, boulangeries. Anything you want is within five minutes walk, including two metro stops. Reliable elevator, secure building in safe neighborhood. Both bedrooms are spacious, beds were comfortable, modern bathroom. Though we didn't use it, a fan and AC units are in bedrooms. Large windows throughout open onto interior courtyard providing great light and cross ventilation. The washing machine and drying rack make washing clothes easy. Kitchen is spare but certainly adequate with Nespresso coffee maker. Most of the furniture in the living room/dining area doesn't mirror the higher quality pieces in the Airbnb photo-- but that is easily solved with new photos. That said, there is nothing wrong with the existing furniture, it is quite comfortable! Thanks Nenita for your warm welcome! If you can afford it, this great apartment is well worth renting !

Our favorite AIRBNB in Paris
We've stayed at quite a few Airbnbs in Paris over the years, but this one easily takes the top spot as our favorite. The location alone is hard to beat—you’re literally just steps away from charming cafes, grocery stores, and public transportation, which made getting around the city super easy. Plus, so many of the major sights were within walking distance, which was a huge bonus, especially with kids. The apartment itself was ideal for our family. It had everything we needed to feel at home—a full kitchen, and separate bedrooms so everyone had their own space to relax after a long day of sightseeing. It was clean, cozy, and had a really welcoming vibe. The host was also great—very responsive and made the whole check-in and check-out process a breeze. They were easy to communicate with and made sure we had everything we needed. Honestly, we’d come back in a heartbeat and would recommend it to any family looking for a comfortable and convenient stay in Paris.
