Renting an apartment

 

it is not possible to rent an apartment directly through our website. You can however contact us using the button: . It will take you to our request form which will be eventually transmitted to one of our co-workers.

 

You can also check our apartments on these websites: HomeAway or Tripadvisor.

We always ask our renters to provide a passport, and their permanent home address.

A certificate of incorporation will be required for a company.

The seasons are divided into high and low season:

Low season: January, february, March, November, early December

High season: April, May, July, August, September, October, End of December (Christmas, New year)

A deposit of 25% will be asked to confirm the rental. The remainder can be paid either a month before the arrival or upon arrival.

For the first deposit, we accept credit card payments, wire transfers or PayPal.

For the payment of the remainder, we accept credit cards upon arrival, and wire transfers and paypals in advance.

The payment fees are to be paid by the client (2.5% for Visa and MasterCard, 3.5% for Amex).

The tourist tax isn't included in the price and will be charged. It is 0.83€ per person per day.

A civil liability insurance is highly recommended for any apartment rental in Paris.

We include this insurance in most of the cases. We have a partnership with Adar.

For your information and to help you organizing your stays, here are the dates that will be considered as days off in France in 2019:

January 1st / April 22nd May 1st / May 8th / May 30th / June 10th July 14th / August 15th / November 1st / November 11st / December 25th

 

Check-in, Check-out and your stay in Paris

 

From the airport Charles de Gaulle, you can either take a taxi (50€ to the right bank, 55€ to the left bank, about one hour) or take the RER B, that will take you to the center of Paris directly (10€/ticket,  about an hour of transportation).

From the Orly airport, you can also take a taxi (30€ to the left bank, 35€ to the right bank, about 40 minutes) or take the bus service offered by the airport (10€/ticket about an hour of transportation).

GLAMAPARIS has a partnership with a transportation company: Paris Chauffeurs.

We can organize your transportation from the airport to your apartment.

At GLAMAPARIS, we always welcome our renters in Paris, at their apartment.

A personnalized check-in is included in the rental. This includes a full explanation on how to use the apartments appliances, how to connect to internet, where to find the garbage room...

We also provide a neighborhood guide (with our personnal recommendations) as well as an apartment guide.

During your stay, in case of problem or if you have questions, we remain available anytime.

We provide several contact numbers, and an emergency number.

In our guides, we also provide french emergency numbers (Doctors, hospitals...)

GLAMAPARIS is also taking care of your departure, helping you finding a way to safely return to the airport.
