This apartment is located in the heart of the 6th district of Paris, near the Luxembourg garden. It is located is on the last floor of an historic building with elevator and offers stunning view over Paris. You can see the Montparnasse Tower, the Eiffel Tower and the Notre Dame Cathedral from the apartment.

Formerly used as servant quarters of a bourgeois home, it was transformed a few years ago in a modern 130 square meters apartment. Its open space, artistic decoration and exposed stone walls make of this property a unique Parisian jewel.

The entrance of the apartment directly leads on a large open-plan kitchen fully equipped with cooking utensils and home appliances, and a large countertop. The living room, on the right of the entrance, is spacious and sunny thanks to all the windows with a view on the Parisian rooftops. The corridor, in the back of the kitchen, leads to the two bedrooms and bathrooms.

Comfortably furnished, the living room has sofas and armchairs for several people, many paintings and books, and a dining table for 6 persons. The cable TV, high speed Wi-Fi and telephone (with possibility to call over 100 countries) are also included.

Each bedroom has its own bathroom with several windows. The master bedroom is equipped with a queen size bed, a dressing closet, some storage furniture, armchairs, coffee table, two sinks and a bathtub with hand shower. The second bathroom has two single beds that can be joined in a queen size bed, a cupboard, a shower and a large sink.

Two separate toilets are located on each side of the corridor leading to the two bedrooms. There is also a small space with a washing machine and a dryer.

2 guides are provided within the apartment:
- An apartment manual with English instructions to help you understand the functioning of the available appliances;
- A neighborhood guide to help you figure out the closest supermarkets, bakeries, restaurant recommendations in the area.

It is located 200 meters away from the metro station Saint Sulpice (line 4) and Rennes (line 12).

It is a non-smoker apartment and pets are not allowed.

The apartment has portable A/C units.

Absolutely wonderful!

The apartment was a treasure, just a delight, comfortable with great views of the Eiffel Tower at night, sparkling in the background. A large spacious kitchen and leg room for all of us. We cooked many evening meals, but enjoyed delicious pain au chocolat every morning, trying various neighborhood boulangeries. We walked a quick 7 minutes to a great supermarket called Le Grand Epicere next to Le Bon Marche. Well worth it. A very pretty store with a fresh assortment of goodies, including the bakery and a great wine shop in the lower level. The apartment suited our needs very well. It was bright, fresh, airy and contemporary. We thoroughly loved staying here. And the team at GlamAParis was incredibly helpful. They were professional, courteous, friendly, easy to work with and made our stay better than it would have been. When we arrived in Paris early Saturday morning (before the apartment was ready for us), they let us store our baggage in their offices while we walked around the city. Any question or concern was immediately responded to with care and kindness. We would definitely rent through GlamAParis again. We highly recommend them and their properties.

Spectacular Paris Apartment

This apartment is gorgeous! Extremely spacious and well laid out. The apartment had every amenity you could possibly need and was spotless. It's location was within walking distance to wonderful shops and restaurants, and very close to the Metro. If you are an avid walker, you can access all the Paris attractions from the apartment, including the Louvre, Eiffel Tower and Notre Dame Cathedral. We received a great welcome from Paul who was very helpful and courteous. This property was recommended to me by a friend who stayed there last August and I would not hesitate to recommend it to others. I hope to return to Paris and this apartment soon!

Beautiful respite in a bustling city

With the grand amount of site seeing we did in Paris, this apartment was a welcome respite at the end of each day--spacious, relaxing, and well-appointed. A view of the Eiffel Tower was icing on the cake.

The rental agency, Glam@Paris, was responsive and helpful, both during the booking process as well as during our stay. We needed help with a couple of things in the apartment after we arrived and they responded the same day. Meghan was our primary contact, which we appreciated because she speaks English and was very friendly.

The location was fabulous--3 metro stations and lines within a short walk (5 minutes or less). We (family of 4, including a 7- and 9-year old) easily walked to Luxembourg Gardens, St. Sulpice, Amorino ice cream parlor, grocery store, SNCF boutique, Le Bon Marché, as well as the boulangerie/patisserie just 75 steps from the apartment (we counted!). There are many cafes within walking distance, and the major sites are easily reached via metro, if not by walking. This apt is perfect for a family because there 2 toilets, a stand-up shower, separate tub, 4 bathroom sinks, and two separate bedrooms; our kids were delighted to each get their own bed. Kitchen was lovely and well-appointed. The apartment is decorated with a fair amount of glass objects, so not ideal for very young children (our 7 year old was ok, but we moved some items out of reach). There was a blow dryer as well as a few umbrellas, which came in handy!

As far as apt rentals go, this is a gem--incredibly spacious by Paris standards, including the bathrooms, nice views (Notre Dame, St Sulpice, Sorbonne, Pantheon, Eiffel Tower, which sparkles at night), and great location. We would gladly stay here again!

Beyond Perfect!!!

My husband and I, along with another couple, were fortunate enough to secure this lovely apartment 9 months prior to our trip to France in May 2012. We spent an entire day reviewing numerous apartments on several different websites. We were looking for an upper story apartment in the 6th with two bedrooms, two separate bathrooms, washer/dryer and a fabulous view. This apartment far exceeded our expectations. The photos were enticing, however, it didn't begin to match the beauty of the actual apartment. The apartment was immaculate, location was perfect and we could walk to most everything, there was a taxi stand right outside the building and the metro was a block or two away. The apartment was extremely quiet, secure and we felt safe at all times. It was on the 7th floor and we had a lift, however, we took the stairs quite often. The view was spectacular, something to see in every direction, including Notre Dame and the Eiffel Tower. The late night light show from the Eiffel Tower was magical! The apartment had recently been completely redone and it was absolutely beautiful. It could easily appear in a design magazine. The owner didn't miss a thing. Plus It was spacious, even by American standards. We had more room than we had imagined. The windows opened and we had four sets of doors that opened to the outdoors where we could step out and enjoy the view from the little balconies. We thought the price was a good value for 2 couples and once we saw the apartment, we knew it was a great value.

Working with the staff at Glamaparis was a very pleasant experience and we would work with them again in a heartbeat. They were very professional, quick to respond, always pleasant and extremely helpful. Once we decided to secure the apartment we even received a phone call from their office to finalize the details and secure the deposit. They arranged for a driver to meet us at the airport and drive us to the apartment. Cecile met us outside the apartment and welcomed us to Rue de Rennes. She showed us how everything worked in the apartment and made herself available for any future questions or concerns. Upon our departure, their rep arrived promptly on time to check us out of the apartment. It was a hassle free experience. I don't think we could have found a more perfect place for the 4 of us to stay. Paul, Cecile and Enrique were wonderful to work with. They, along with this incredible apartment, made this a trip of a lifetime!

Perfect 2 Bed, 2 Bath in the Heart of the 6th

I spent a lot of time on the web looking for just the right place to stay, and this was it. I was skeptical of all the 5 star ratings, but this apartment rates it.

My criteria: in the 6th, close to the metro (San Sulplice and St Germain), 2 bedroom, 2 bath, and charming. If this is your price range, take back a weekend spent searching the web, and book it.

The property was immaculately clean, the kitchen was perfectly equipped, the beds (and most importantly the pillows) were comfortable.

The decor was simple but there are alot of little details that make it seem really special. The closet in the master has super built ins. The apartment is very newly renovated, and really well done. The bathrooms are really nicely done. Its a bonus to have the washer and dryer. The heaters work really well.

The owners photographic art is gorgeous.

It faces Rue de Rennes but is very quiet. The building elevator goes up to the 5th floor and there is a staircase and a 1/2 walk up- worth it to get to the top floor and have stunning views of Paris- including the Eiffel Tower, San Suplice, Notre Dame, The Pantheon. Its so high up, you get a really commanding view, and the building architecture is beautiful.

Paul and Enrique from Glam@Paris asked about any issues and were on time to meet us for arrival and departure.

It is so close to so many great restaurants and shops- we love Le Comptior and Chez Dumonet. Lots of boulangeries. The Vassellierie down the street is an amazing place for housewares- so much cheaper than the kitchen shops on Etienne Marcel. This is the heart of shopping- less than 5 minutes to the new Hermes boutique, The Bon Marche, the heart of St Germain boutiques. Its a dream if you like to shop, you dont need to leave the quartier.

I would recommend to friends and would book it when I come back. We stayed here with our 2 teenage daughters. Our Parisian relatives were very impressed!
