The hallway of the apartment’s entrance leads you on the right to the first bathroom. Very spacious and modern, it has an Italian shower and a beautiful bathtub. There is plenty of storage space, especially under the sink. Continuing down the hallway, you will find a separate toilet on your right as well as a laundry room, equipped with a washing machine and a dryer.

You then enter the living room at the end of the hallway, a room very well lit by many lights and also thanks to the large windows overlooking the Avenue de la Bourdonnais. The dining room has a large table with 6 chairs, perfect for enjoying meals. The living room, located on the right, has a large leather sofa and armchair as well as a large television. The floor is composed of a traditional wooden floor that gives the apartment a very Parisian style.

The kitchen is very modern, mixing different materials such as marble and varnished wood. It has plenty of storage space and all the necessary equipment for cooking.

Back at the entrance of the apartment on the left are located the three bedrooms of the apartment.

All rooms have a queen size bed (160cm). They all face the inner courtyard and are therefore very quiet.
