The entrance to the apartment leads to the kitchen on the right, equipped with all the modern appliances: oven, microwave, stove with hood, Nespresso coffee maker, refrigerator, freezer…

On the left, the large living room that can comfortably accommodate 4 people. The living room has a TV corner and a work space. The large windows bring a lot of light to the room.

Opposite the living room is the bedroom with king size bed and plenty of storage space. The room is on the courtyard side, and therefore very quiet. The adjoining bathroom has a bathtub with shower, a toilet and a sink.

The apartment also has a washing machine, a high speed internet connection, cable channels and a fixed telephone.

Two guides are available: one to help with the use of the apartment’s equipment and a second with information on the neighborhood (supermarkets, bakeries…).
